Studio Dress Code

Comfortable, appropriate dancewear keeps students safe and lets instructors see alignment to teach proper technique. Our dress code is flexible, with two options to choose from.

Choose One

Two Dancewear Options

  • 1

    Traditional dancewear

Leotards, biketards or dance dresses with tights.

  • 2

    Activewear

Leggings or shorts with a t-shirt or tank top.

A few things to keep in mind

All clothing should be comfortable to move in but not baggy. Shirts should be long enough to tuck in for acro classes. Activewear must allow a full range of motion, must not be the same clothing worn to school, and must not have zippers or buttons. All dancers with long hair must pull it off the face and neck into a ponytail, braid or bun for class.
